An auction was held with Past and Present at Lincolnshire House. We would like to say thank to Vicky Crowther for all her hard work and support in arranging the auction and to Past and Present. The evening was very successful and raised £1,367.50 for the WISH Appeal and we are pleased to announce that Santander are match funding the event. A big thank to everyone who supported the event and to all the companies for their kind donations.

We held our Easter Fayre and Bonnet Parade on the 4th April, thank you to everyone who supported the event, all the residents enjoyed taking part in the Easter Bonnet Parade. A total of £215.00 was raised for the WISH Appeal.
On 28th March 2012 Lincolnshire House was presented with a cheque from Enterprise rent-a-car. Ms Openshaw and Lewis presented the cheque for £1,000, we would like to thank Enterprise rent-a-car for this generous donation on behalf of all the residents and staff at Lincolnshire House. All monies recieved will go to the WISH Appeal fund, this will go towards further development of Lincolnshire House.
Anne Fawcett and Ella Wislocka arranged for Lincs Fashion do put on a fashion show in the activities centre, everyone enjoyed the show and the evening was very successful and raised £312 for the WISH Appeal, thank you to everyone who supported this event.
A Sportsman's Evening was held with Graham Taylor and Alan knill. Lincolnshire House would like to say thank you to all the companies who donated prizes for the auction and the prize board. The evening was very successful and raised £4,200 for the WISH Appeal. Thank you to everyone who supported this event from all the residents and staff at Lincolnshire House.
The Rotary Club donated the proceeds from an Xmas Quiz to Lincolnshire House, £288.00 was donated to the WISH Appeal, a big thank you to everyone involved in raising this generous donation from all the residents and staff at Lincolnshire House.
David Baker a carer at Lincolnshire House had his head shaved to raise monies for the WISH Appeal. Thank you to David and everyone who sponsored him, £191.50 was raised for the WISH Appeal
Scunthorpe and District Road Runners Club kindly donated £250.00 to the WISH Appeal that was raised by the run that was held on Boxing Day, all the residents and staff would like to say thank you to everyone involved in raising these monies for the WISH Appeal.
Thank you to everyone who supported the New Year's Party, everyone enjoyed the night with lots of fun and games and thank you to Geoff Turner for holding the raffle to raise monies in aid of The WISH Appeal.
Lincolnshire House would like to say thank you to all the members of Brigg Amateur Society for choosing Lincolnshire House as the charity to benefit from their performances at the Brigg Garden Centre, £200 was donated for the WISH Appeal, Thank you from all the residents and staff.
The annual Christmas draw took place on Wednesday 21st December at 11 am. I would like to thank everybody who was involved in raising these monies by either purchasing, selling, donating prizes etc. the Christmas raffle raised £1,477 for the WISH Appeal this year!
I would like to thank all the students from the McCarthy School of Music on behalf of all the resdients and staff at Lincolnshire House for strarring in a concert to enable them to raise money for the WISH Appeal, it was a great success and rasied £516 for the centre. Vanessa McCarty and her daughter, Rachel presented Ann Beedham and Marcus Cragg with the cheque on 21st December 2011. Once again thank you from us all at Lincolnshire House.
Marcus Cragg and Dawn McCool were present with a cheque for £100 from Carisbrooke Manor, a big thank you to everyone involved for this kind and generous donation for the WISH Appeal.
On the 2nd November Glenis, Mandy and the residents of Appleby House/Beech Grove organised an Halloween night. The Bootleggers kindly entertained all at the centre for an hour and donated £20 to our appeal. Hot dogs and halloween cakes were available as refreshments, the evening was very lively and all the residents and guests had an extremely enjoyable night, overall monies raised for the WISH Appeal and the activities was £182. Our thanks go to everybody involved in organising and performing on the night.
Lincolnshire House were presented with a cheque by Mr Ted Houghton on behalf of Holme Hall Golf Club for £2,884.28. These monies were raised througout the Captain (Ted Houghton) and President's year. Thank you for choosing Lincolnshire House as the charity to benefit from the golf club and our thanks to everybody who took part in raising this tremendous amount of money.
A ladies luncheon was held at the White Heather where Ian Millard (Manager) was asked to give a talk about the centre and it's history. Ian was accompanied by Vicki Crowther whose suggestion it was for the talk to be about Lincolnshire House. On the day monies were raised to the total of £217.30 through various fund raising activities.
A big thank you goes to Mr Paul Altoft and Mr Andrew Trippet, they competed the Windsor Half Marathan in aid of Lincolnshire House on 25th September and raised £312 for our Appeal. Thank you from all at Lincolnshire House.
The second quiz night of the year raised £184 for our funds which was organised by Benji Taylor and Colin Altoft. Thanks to everybody who took part and supported the event. Again thank you to Colin for providing the buffet.
A sponsored dog walk was held on 14th September raising £631.50 for the appeal, the event was organised by Ann Fawcett and Ella Wislocka with help from volunteers. Thank you to everybody who raised this money by attending on the night. Well done to everybody!
On 31st July 2011 Lincolnshire House held it's annual summer fete, the weather was fantastic and we had numerous visitors on the day which kept everybody busy. Graham Taylor officially opened the fete at 12 Noon. Our thanks go to Graham and his wife for spending the day with us and of course to everybody who helped and supported the day, your time is greatly appreciated. The day raised over £2,000 for our appeal.
Another successful event for Mandy and Andy Hickling raising £341 in the process for the WISH Appeal. Thank you to everybody who took part in this event and supported it, also to all the companies that donated raffle prizes.
Some of the residents at Lincolnshire House took part with the help of Mandy from activities in their second swimathon raising £226.90 for the WISH Appeal. Well done to everybody who took part and thank you from all of us for raising these monies.
Mr. Millard (Manger) and Mr. Oliver were presented with a cheque for £82 at a recent meeting of the Gunness/Burringham Women's Institute. Many thanks to all the members who contributed.
A big thanks of appreciation goes to the North East Lincs CP Group for presenting a donation of £1,000 to the WISH Appeal. The cheque was presented to Ian by Mrs. Edna Coulbeck and Mrs. Susan Lawson.
A big thank you goes to all the members of the Guitar Club. A concert was kindly organised with all donations on the night going to the WISH Appeal, the night raised £79.34. Thank you to everybody who contributed to this successful night and to all who supported the event.
