Quality care and support for people with Cerebral Palsy

Respite Services

Anyone interested in using the service should initially contact Belinda Parrington Registered Manager or Sam Cole, the administrator, to arrange a visit to view and discuss the service we offer. If the user would like to proceed with respite a full day and overnight visit will be arranged. The needs of the individual will be assessed to determine a fee. Whilst on assessment Lincolnshire House will ensure that the service user has all the necessary information to make a decision about the appropiateness of the service.

Lincolnshire House provides respite care for adults with Cerebral Palsy and associated disabilities. The respite service provides a break for both the user and their parents/carers and provides stays ranging from one day to one or two weeks.

In the summer of 2010 we opened a seperate respite unit. Lincolnshire House is now able to provide two respite beds enabling more people to benefit from this much needed service.

The new respite unit has two single bedrooms with en-suite facilities both with a bath and a shower. There will be a shared kitchen and dining room. When staying on respite the service users will have access to the full range of facilities on site to include day care.
